88abe Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 88abe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 88abe ("Platform", "we", "us") and each person who uses the platform ("User", "you"). By visiting the 88abe website, creating an account, or using any gaming service, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make an effort to notify users through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 88abe, the following conditions must be met:

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Deposits

88abe currently accepts deposits through all major mobile banking and banking services in Bangladesh:

• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Funds are generally added to your balance within a few minutes. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method used.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 4 for details).
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is incomplete.

88abe reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or money laundering, and may notify the relevant authorities.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not permitted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳32,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The condition for releasing a bonus is the wagering requirement — this is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example:

If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance may be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be clearly stated in the offer description.
• Benefits from one bonus offer cannot be combined with another offer unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement has been met.
• 88abe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

88abe operates a five-tier VIP program that provides weekly cashback to regular users. The tiers and cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined by a user's activity and engagement on the platform. Details on advancing to higher tiers can be obtained from the support team. Separate terms may apply to converting VIP benefits to cash.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88abe platform:

• Allowing minors to use an account.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Artificial or fraudulent activity to obtain bonus benefits ("bonus hunting").
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated methods.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users.
• Impersonating an 88abe employee or representative.

If such activity is detected, 88abe may suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

88abe places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to earn money. Users are encouraged to follow the guidelines below:

• Only bet money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
• View gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
• Set a defined budget and time limit, and stick to them.
• Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
• If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, seek help immediately.

• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

In any circumstance, 88abe's total liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

11.1 Closure by 88abe

88abe may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Providing false information.
• Detection of underage use.
• Failure to complete identity verification.

11.2 Closure by the User

Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may send a request to [email protected]. Any withdrawable balance outstanding before closure will be returned, however any incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.
